Rogaining Tasmania returns to the Tangara Trails for a 4-hour metrogaine on-foot or bike. Explore laid back seaside towns, bushland and coastal trails, and try to spot the bandicoots darting through the scrub. Perhaps you'll be tempted to take a chilly winter dip at one of the glorious beaches!

Entries close on Friday 15th August at midnight. However it will be possible to enter late up to Sunday midnight the 17th August for double the normal fee. Please contact if you wish to enter late. For related information see - Refunds & Team Changes
Payment for entry is taken using Paypal. Lately some people who do not have a PayPal account have had issues when they tried to finalise their credit card payment using a "guest" PayPal account. If you strike this problem, you have a couple of options. First, ask your team members and if one of them has an account, use that account to make the team payment. Alternatively go to the official PayPal site and create your own account.

Save these dates for a weekend of rogaining enjoyment featuring the 24-Hour Tasmanian Rogaining Championships. There will also be a non-championship 8-hour event.
Friday, 5th December (afternoon) - Hash House open for camping
Saturday, 6th December - 24-Hour starts and 8-hour event held
Sunday, 7th December - 24-hour event finishes
The event will be held west of Oatlands and has been named after a significant feature on the map - Stags Head. The terrain features pleasant grazed bushland on private farms and will provide plenty of challenges for both novice and experienced rogainers. And yes, newcomers are welcome at this event!
